Cypriot melon production is projected to drop to 7,010 metric tons in 2026, down 2.2% on average each year since 1966. In 2021, Cypriot supply was at 7,980 metric tons and the country was ranked at number 59. However, Pakistan overtook Cyprus at the same amount. India, Kazakhstan and Iran followed at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
