In 2023, Zimbabwe ranked 56th in global wine production, with Kyrgyzstan surpassing it with a production of 2,170 metric tons. Leading the rankings were France, Spain, and the United States, occupying the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively. In terms of consumption, Zimbabwean wine consumption totaled 4,000 metric tons in 2018, maintaining the same level as in 2017.
