Similarly, Lebanese wine production is also set to decrease, from 6,760 metric tons in 2023 to roughly 4,700 metric tons by 2028, marking a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) decline of 5.8%. The country's wine supply has been shrinking since 1966, with an average yearly reduction of 4.8%. In 2023, Lebanon was ranked 50th in wine production globally, with Bolivia surpassing it at the same production level of 6,760 metric tons. France, Spain, and the United States were the top producers, securing the second, third, and fourth spots in the global rankings.
