Greek Champagne import is expected to grow modestly in the coming years, from 428,930 liters in 2021 to 439,050 liters in 2026. Since 2000, Greek demand for champagne has grown steadily by 7.8% year on year. In 2021, the country was ranked 15th in the world with 427,520 liters imported. Lithuania came in ahead with the same amount, while Germany, Belgium and Italy followed in the rankings respectively. Meanwhile, Greek Champagne export fell significantly in 2019, with 991 liters compared to 1,350 liters in 2018 - a decrease of 26.4% year on year. Since 2000, the country's supply has decreased by 56.5%, with Romania leading the way at 991 liters in 2019. The Netherlands, Germany and Italy followed in the rankings respectively. Looking ahead, Greek champagne import is expected to grow, reaching 439,050 liters by 2026.
