Consumption of Brazilian beans is set to drop slightly in the coming years. Demand is projected to reach 2.7 million metric tons in 2021, down 0.4% from the previous year. India took the lead in 2021, with 2.7 million metric tons. Brazil, Mexico and the United States came in second, third, and fourth, respectively. Since 2017, consumption of Brazilian beans has declined 0.4% annually on average.
