Korean consumption of beans is expected to decline by 0.4% year-on-year, on average, to reach 49,000 metric tons by 2026. This is down from 50,000 metric tons in 2021. Since 2017, demand in Korea has dropped by an average of 1.3% year-on-year. In 2021, Korea ranked 43rd in terms of consumption, with Spain ahead at 50,000 metric tons. Brazil, Mexico and the United States followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
