Kyrgyzstan is set to produce 7,550 metric tons of walnuts by 2026. This marks a 1.1% year-on-year growth rate, starting from the 7,040 metric tons produced in 2021. Walnut production in Kyrgyzstan has steadily increased at a rate of 1.5% per year since 1997. In 2021, the country ranked 25th, overtaken by Serbia with 7,040 metric tons. The United States, Iran and Mexico held the second, third and fourth spots in the ranking, respectively.
