Czech walnut production slumped by almost 27% last year, dropping from 150 metric tons in 2018 to 110 metric tons in 2019. Despite this, supply has still increased by nearly 11% since 1998. In terms of the global ranking of walnut production, the Czech Republic held 49th place in 2019. This was just below Jordan, which overtook with 110 metric tons. The United States, Iran and Mexico came in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the ranking respectively.
