Bulgaria is set to see its import and export of trout fluctuate in the coming years. Exports, on the other hand, are expected to grow by 3% year on year on average, increasing from 497,770 kilograms in 2021 to 604,160 kilograms by 2026. This is an increase of 7% since 2002. The country ranked 19th in 2021, with Germany coming in first at 497,770 kilograms, followed by Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
