In 2018, Ghanaian Processed Fish Export and Import reached 3,420 Kilograms and 473,540 Kilograms, respectively. Ghana’s processed fish exports dropped 7.4% in 2018, with 3,420 kilograms shipped, compared to 3,690 kilograms in 2017. This marks a 24.6% decrease since 2008. Fiji overtook Ghana as the 82nd largest exporter of processed fish, at 3,420 kilograms. Thailand, Slovenia and Spain ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively. Meanwhile, Ghanaian processed fish imports rose 67.2% in 2018 to 473,540 kilograms, compared to 283,160 kilograms the previous year. Since 2001, the country's imports have risen 21.2%. In 2018, Ghana’s processed fish exports and imports reached 3,420 kilograms and 473,540 kilograms, respectively.
