Meanwhile, Poland's imports of processed fish are forecast to drop to 4 million kilos in 2026, down 0.7% annually since 1999. In 2021, Poland was ranked 31st in the world, overtaken by Belarus at 4.2 million kilos. Italy, France and Spain came in second, third and fourth place respectively.
