Exports of processed fish from Iceland are set to reach 7.4 million kilograms by 2026, up 3% year-on-year. Since 1993, supply has increased by 12% each year. Iceland was ranked 21st in 2021, with Estonia taking the lead at 6.2 million kilograms. Thailand, Slovenia and Spain came in at numbers 2, 3 and 4.
