Macedonian processed fish imports are set to increase 2.5% annually over the next five years, from 333,410 kilograms in 2021 to 385,620 kilograms in 2026. Since 1999, Macedonian demand for processed fish has grown 11.3% year-on-year, and the country was ranked 73rd in 2021. Aruba topped the ranking with 333,410 kilograms, followed by Italy, France and Spain. Macedonian processed fish exports are expected to grow 3.7% annually from 2021 to 2026, from 5,200 kilograms to 6,560 kilograms. Since 2006, Macedonian exports of processed fish have grown 38.6% year-on-year, and the country was ranked 78th in 2021. Malta led the ranking with 5,200 kilograms, followed by Thailand, Slovenia and Spain.
