Lebanon's processed fish exports have dropped by nearly 19% in 2021, down to 2,040 kilograms from 2,520 kilograms in 2020. Since 2002, the country's supply has decreased by over 30%. Moldova topped the 2021 ranking with 2,040 kilograms, followed by Thailand, Slovenia and Spain. Meanwhile, Lebanon's processed fish imports are expected to reach 1.1 million kilograms in 2026, up 2% on average every year since 2002. In 2021, Algeria came in at number 56 in the ranking with 997,510 kilograms, with Italy, France and Spain following closely behind.
