Export of crabs from China is expected to reach over 42 million kilograms by 2026, a 1.3% average annual increase since 1997. Import of crabs to China is set to remain flat at around 24 million kilograms by 2026, with a 0.6% average annual decrease since 1997. In 2021, South Korea took the lead with 23.9 million kilograms. South Korea, China and Japan were respectively ranked second, third and fourth.
