Indonesia's crab imports are set to reach over seven million kilograms by 2026, up from six million kilograms in 2021. This is an increase of 2.8% annually, since 1994. In 2021, Indonesia ranked sixth, while Thailand led the pack with six million kilograms. South Korea, China and Japan followed, coming in second, third and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, Indonesian crab exports are set to drop to 490,000 kilograms by 2026, down from 1.2 million kilograms in 2021. This is a decline of 14.3% year on year since 1994. In 2021, Indonesia was 20th on the list, while Namibia was first with 1.2 million kilograms. Russia, China and Bahrain were second, third and fourth respectively.
