Cypriot crab imports are expected to increase to nearly 70,000 kilograms by 2026, up from 59,000 kilograms in 2021, according to a compound annual growth rate of 2.8%. Since 1994, demand in the country has increased by 19.2% year-on-year. In 2021, it was ranked 37th, overtaken by Montenegro at 59,000 kilograms. South Korea, China and Japan were the top three countries in the rankings.
