The country ranked number 50 in 2018, Belarus came ahead with 39,400 Kilograms. South Korea, China and Japan respectively were numbers 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Oman is set to see a modest increase in crab imports by 2026. Last year, the country imported 16,160 kilograms, ranking 54th in the world. This is a 0.2% growth year-on-year on average. Since 1995, the demand for Omani crab has dropped by 19.5% annually. Ukraine led the way with 16,160 kilograms, while South Korea, China and Japan followed in second, third and fourth places respectively. Omani crab exports, however, saw a huge surge in 2018, reaching 39,200 kilograms - an increase of 1,210% compared to 2017, when the figure was 3,000 kilograms. The country ranked 50th in the world, with Belarus coming out on top with 39,400 kilograms. South Korea, China and Japan were again in the top four positions.
