Exports of paperboard from Ethiopia are forecast to reach 1,150 metric tons by 2026, up from 980 metric tons in 2021. The US, Sweden and Finland came second, third and fourth in the ranking. Imports of paperboard to Ethiopia are expected to reach 46,650 metric tons by 2026, down from 48,950 metric tons in 2021. That's an average drop of 2.7% year on year, and an overall decrease of 14.2% since 1998. Ethiopia placed 104th in 2021, with Yemen taking the lead with 48,950 metric tons. Germany, the US and Italy followed in the rankings.
