Paperboard sales in Serbia are projected to reach €226 million by 2026, up from €186.3 million in 2021 - a growth rate of 3% per year. Romania overtook Serbia at the top spot with 311,650 metric tons, followed by the United States, Sweden and Finland at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Serbian paperboard imports are forecast to reach 501,330 metric tons by 2026, up from 463,860 metric tons in 2021. This translates to a CAGR of 1.2% year-on-year. Serbia's paperboard demand has risen by 2.9% year-on-year since 2011, ranking at number 50 in 2021, with Colombia coming in ahead with 463,860 metric tons. Germany, the United States and Italy respectively held the next three spots.
