Vanuatu overtook Greenland to become number 182 in the rankings, with 420 metric tons. Germany, the United States and Italy followed in second, third and fourth places. Greenlander paperboard supply is projected to decrease by 10.6% each year on average over the next five years, to 8 metric tons by 2026. In 2021, it stood at 16 metric tons, 2.3% lower than in 1997. Mongolia took over Greenland to become number 181 in the rankings, with 16 metric tons. The United States, Sweden and Finland were second, third and fourth.
