This continues a trend seen since 2000, when Polish demand for catering services increased by an average of 4.7% year-on-year. Meanwhile, the revenue generated by Poland’s catering industry is expected to climb to €1.9 billion by 2028, a significant rise from €1.2 billion in 2023. This represents an impressive average yearly growth rate of 7%. Since 2013, the Polish catering market has experienced an average annual growth of 12.4%. In 2023, Poland ranked sixth in catering revenue, with Spain surpassing it, also recording €1.2 billion. Leading the rankings were the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium, holding the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively.
