Libyan pepper production is on the rise. It is set to reach 33,220 metric tons by 2026, growing at an average rate of 1.4% year on year. This is an increase on the 2.1% year on year growth rate since 1966. France was number one in 2021, producing 30,510 metric tons. Mexico, Indonesia and Spain followed as the next three highest producers.
