Moldavian pepper production is projected to drop 3.9% year on year from 2021 to 2026. In 2021, Moldavian supply totaled almost 9,000 metric tons, putting the country at number 77 in the global rankings. The Czech Republic led the way with 11,000 metric tons, followed by Mexico, Indonesia and Spain at numbers 2, 3 and 4, respectively. Since 1997, Moldavian supply has grown 2.9% year on year.
