Swaziland's oilseeds consumption is projected to remain steady at 4,000 metric tons from 2023 to 2028, according to recent data. The country's demand for oilseeds has shown little fluctuation since 2019. In the global rankings for 2023, Swaziland held the 131st position, with Azerbaijan surpassing it at the same consumption level. India, Indonesia, and Brazil occupied the second, third, and fourth spots respectively. In contrast, Swaziland's oilseeds production has seen a significant decline. The production dropped to 259 metric tons in 2019, down 17% from 312 metric tons in 2018. This marks a stark year-on-year decrease of 23% in supply since 1966.
