Since 1966, Niger’s supply has grown at a rate of 2% per year. In 2023, Niger ranked 63rd, just behind Uganda, which matched its production at 255,000 metric tons. Brazil, Malaysia, and the United States occupied the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th positions in the production ranking.
