In 2023, Lithuania ranked 55th globally in oilseeds production, with Peru slightly ahead at the same production level. Leading the rankings were Brazil, Malaysia, and the United States, in second, third, and fourth places, respectively. Meanwhile, Lithuanian oilseeds consumption remained steady at around 5,000 metric tons in both 2017 and 2018.
