Mongol tomato consumption totalled 1,000 metric tons in 2021, an increase of 5.3% compared to the year before. This marks a decrease of 20.6% since 2017. Belize overtook Mongolia this year, with 1,000 metric tons of tomatoes consumed. India, the US and Egypt ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
