Production of tomatoes in Maldives is forecast to reach 473 metric tons by 2026, up from 384 metric tons in 2021, with an average growth rate of 3.5% a year. Since 2009, supply has grown by an average of 7.3% a year. In 2021, Maldives was ranked 154th, with Gabon overtaking at 384 metric tons. India, the US and Egypt remained in the top four rankings.
