Sales of Dutch bread are expected to hit €2.3 billion by 2026. This is an increase of 1.4% annually on average from 2021's €2.1 billion. Since 2000, the market has grown by 3.3% each year. In 2021, the Netherlands was in seventh place worldwide. Poland overtook it with €2.1 billion. Italy, the UK and France came in second, third and fourth respectively.
