Zambia is expected to see a growth of 2.8% in imports of make-up products over the next five years. The country is projected to reach $10.1 million by 2026, up from $8.6 million in 2021. Year-on-year growth since 2000 has been 5.5%. Zambia was the 108th largest importer in 2021, behind the Maldives at $8.6 million. The United States, Singapore and Germany placed second, third and fourth, respectively. Zambian exports of make-up products have seen a dramatic increase over the past few years. In 2018, exports reached $140,900, up from $82,180 in 2017, a rise of 71.5%. Since 2000, however, year-on-year supply has decreased by 28.1%.
