Since the turn of the millennium, Romanian demand for personal care products has surged by nearly 12% annually. In 2023, Romania ranked 17th globally in this sector, trailing the Czech Republic, which also reported spending of €3.1 billion. Leading the global rankings, the United Kingdom, France, and Italy secured the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively.
