Since 1996, the demand for mobile subscriptions in Estonia has increased by an average of 2% each year. In the global ranking for 2023, Estonia held the 140th position, just behind Mauritius, which also reported about 2.12 million subscriptions. Topping the list were India, the United States, and Indonesia, occupying the second, third, and fourth places, respectively.
