In 2023, Slovenia ranked 133rd globally in terms of mobile subscriptions, trailing just behind Namibia, which also had about 2.7 million subscriptions. On the global stage, India, the United States, and Indonesia occupied the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively, in the ranking of mobile subscriptions.
