Mosotho Zinc imports plummeted 91% in 2021, to just $1,700. This is a huge dip from 2020, when the country spent $18,800. Since 2008, demand for zinc in Mosotho has dropped by more than half. This year, Mosotho is ranked 134th in the world for zinc imports. Greenland overtook the country, reaching $1,700 in 2021. The United States, Germany and Belgium take the top three spots in the ranking of worldwide zinc importers.
