Italy's zinc export is set to hit $302 million by 2026, according to recent figures. This is a 2.5% annual growth rate, with exports in 2021 estimated at $260 million. Since 1999, exports have grown by an average of 9.9% each year, with Italy coming in 21st in the world rankings. Brazil topped the rankings with $260 million, followed by Belgium, Canada and Australia. Meanwhile, zinc imports into Italy are forecast to hit $1.1 billion by 2026, growing at an average rate of 2.2% annually. Imports in 2021 are estimated to reach $952 million, up from 7.8% compared to 1999. India was the top exporter to Italy with $952 million, followed by the US, Germany and Belgium.
