This figure is up from $20 million in 2021, when Croatia ranked 64th on the global scale, behind Belarus. The United States, Germany and Belgium respectively came in second, third and fourth in this ranking. Croatian zinc exports, meanwhile, are expected to grow by an average of 2.8% year on year and reach almost $5 million by 2026. This is an increase from $3.9 million in 2021, when Croatia was 50th in the world, behind Luxembourg. Belgium, Canada and Australia were respectively second, third and fourth in this ranking. Since 1997, Croatia's demand has risen 7% year on year, while its supply has grown 10.6% year on year.
