Korean imports and exports of urea are expected to grow in the coming years. Imports are forecast to reach almost one billion kilograms by 2026, up 1.5% annually since 1993. South Africa currently holds the largest share of Korean imports, followed by India, Brazil and Thailand. Exports of urea from Korea are expected to increase to 47.6 million kilograms by 2026, growing at an average annual rate of 3.8% since 1993. Hungary is the largest recipient of Korean exports, followed by Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Iran.
