Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Jordan respectively came in numbers 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Mexico saw a 33.2% increase in urea exports in 2018, totalling 142,120 kilograms. This is a significant decrease since 1995, when exports were 67% higher than they are today. Colombian supply overtook Mexico as the number one exporter, followed by Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Iran. Mexico also saw a decrease in urea imports in 2018, totalling 1.5 billion kilograms. This is an 11.4% decrease since 2008. Colombia overtook Mexico as the number one importer, followed by Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Jordan.
