In 2021, the country was ranked 55th in the world, with 75.9 million kilograms imported. India, Brazil and Thailand were the top three importers. In 2018, Burkinabe was ranked 78th, with Israel leading the way at 120,010 kilograms. Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Iran were the next three biggest importers.
