Kazakhstan was the 86th largest exporter of frozen food in 2021, behind Mauritius at $73 million. China, Spain and Mexico ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Kazakhstan's frozen food imports are estimated to reach $45.4 million by 2026, up from $40.8 million in 2021. Imports have grown 16.1% on average each year since 2006. In 2021, Kazakhstan was the 39th largest importer of frozen food, just behind Qatar at $40.8 million. The United States, South Korea and Japan were the second, third and fourth largest importers respectively.
