Demand for frozen food in Barbados is expected to reach $11.8 million by 2026. This is an increase of 1.7% year on year from 2021, when it was estimated to be $10.7 million. The United States, South Korea and Japan were the top three countries in the ranking. Barbados is also expected to export $63.5 million of frozen food by 2026. This marks an increase of 4% year on year from 2021, when it was estimated to be $49.7 million. Since 2004, the supply of frozen foods in the country has increased by 18.1% each year. In 2021, Barbados was ranked 90th, with Brunei overtaking it with $49.7 million. China, Spain and Mexico were the top three countries in the ranking.
