Ghana's exports of frozen food have skyrocketed, increasing by nearly 80% between 2017 and 2018. This was a welcome reversal of the 15.5% decline seen in the previous year. Meanwhile, the demand for imported frozen food was down 5.1% in 2018 compared to 2017. This followed a 9.7% decrease in the year before.
