Iraqi solar energy consumption is on the rise. In 2021, it is expected to reach zero exajoules. But by 2026, that number is projected to jump to ten exajoules. This is an average growth rate of 4.6% year-on-year. Since 2019, Iraqi demand for solar energy has increased by a whopping 32% annually. This is a positive sign for the future of energy consumption in Iraq.
