Mozambican wool import dropped dramatically in 2021 to $27,000 from $64,500 in 2020, a decrease of nearly 58%. This is the lowest level since 2005, when there was a decline of nearly 44%. Mozambique was the 117th largest importer of wool in 2021, behind Tanzania at $27,000. Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom followed to take the second, third and fourth spots, respectively.
