Ghana's wool import fell by 33.9% in 2018, totalling $79,000. This is a 19.2% decrease compared to 2001. On the other hand, the country's wool export saw an increase of 410% in 2018, reaching $15,800. This marks a 6.8% growth since 2003. Ghana ranked 93rd in the global ranking, overtaken by Fiji with $15,800. China, Italy and Germany held the 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions respectively.
