Estonian wool exports are expected to reach $34 million by 2026, an increase of 2.8% year-on-year. Since 2000, exports have grown by an annual average of 4.7%. In 2021, Estonia was the 35th biggest wool exporter, with Hungary ahead of them at $29 million. China, Italy and Germany ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Estonian wool imports are also set to grow, reaching $30 million by 2026 with a year-on-year CAGR of 1.8%. Since 2000, imports have risen by an average of 3.8% each year. In 2021, Estonia was the 42nd largest importer of wool, with Bosnia and Herzegovina ahead of them at $27 million. Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom came in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the ranking respectively.
