Armenian wool import is set to reach $327 million by 2026, falling by an average of 4.4% annually. Since 2002, Armenian demand has dropped by an average of 3.4% a year. In 2021, Armenia ranked 93rd in terms of wool imports, at $450 million. Laos was ahead of them at $450 million. Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom came in at second, third and fourth, respectively. Armenian wool exports dropped by 12.9% in 2019 to $3.6 million, down from $4.2 million the previous year. Armenia ranked 100th in 2019, with Uganda ahead of them at $3.6 million. China, Italy and Germany followed, ranking second, third and fourth.
