Since 2000, imports have decreased by 3.7% year-on-year. In 2021, Moldova was the largest importer of Israeli wool, followed by Italy, Germany and the UK. Meanwhile, exports of Israeli wool were close to $731,000 in 2018, a 48% increase from 2017's $494,000. Over the past twenty years, exports have decreased by 13.6% year-on-year. In 2018, Guatemala was the largest exporter of Israeli wool, followed by China, Italy and Germany.
