Qatari wool imports are expected to hit nearly $4 million by 2026, growing at a rate of 3.5% a year. Since 2005, demand for wool in Qatar has increased by almost 10% annually. In 2021, the country was ranked 79th in the world for wool imports, with Angola coming in just ahead at $3.2 million. Italy, Germany, and the UK followed in second, third, and fourth place, respectively.
